This inventory includes only City-owned parcels located within the DIA boundaries of Downtown Jacksonville and is not a comprehensive listing of all City-owned property citywide.

Any proposed development must be consistent with the Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) Plan and the Downtown Overlay Zone. Properties considered for disposition must be conveyed at or above appraised value.
