City-Owned Downtown Parcels

The following spreadsheet identifies City-owned properties located within the DIA boundaries of Downtown Jacksonville. We have included buildings and parcels currently in use for government purposes, their current use and the City Department to whom they are assigned. As you will see, some undeveloped parcels are assigned to and in use by the City. Please pay attention to the column "Potential for Redevelopment" to locate parcels that may be available for disposition. Please also pay attention to the "Notes" column, as some properties may be in the process of negotations with the City/DIA. Some may be immediately available while others, such as retention ponds, are not currently but could be if replaced.
