NOTICE OF DISPOSITION POLICY
Approved and established by the DIA Board on September 18, 2019 and amended by the DIA Board on July 20, 2022 to conform to Ordinance 2022-372-E enacted on June 28, 2022 shall be used by the Downtown Investment Authority in selecting the disposition process to be followed and the applicable procedures for each type of process regarding the purchase or lease of City-owned property.

UNSOLICITED PROPOSAL POLICY
Approved and established by the DIA Board on September 18, 2019 and amended by the DIA Board on July 20, 2022 to conform to Ordinance 2022-372-E enacted on June 28, 2022 shall be used by the Downtown Investment Authority in reviewing and responding to unsolicited proposals regarding the purchase, lease or development of City-owned property for non-public use.
