Notice is hereby given that the City of Jacksonville Downtown Investment Authority (DIA) will meet on Wednesday, September 2nd, 2026, at 10:00 AM via Hybrid Virtual/In-Person workshop. The workshop noticed herein can be accessed virtually through the Zoom.US computer application or in-person at the Jacksonville Public Library-Main Library Downtown. The purpose of the workshop is to provide the DIA Board with an update on the Culinary Institute of America’s proposed Jacksonville expansion, the 330 East Bay Street development, and the anticipated path forward.

Turn left out of the hallway and proceed through glass doors into Conference Center. The Multipurpose Room is the first room on the left.
