Peter Deiuliis, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP

Peter Deiuliis is the Director of Architecture for Michael Baker International’s North Florida region, where he leads a multidisciplinary team delivering major federal and civic projects, including programs for NAVFAC Southeast and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. A Navy Civil Engineer Corps Veteran with over two decades of leadership experience, he has managed operations across eight installations, overseen multimillion‑dollar construction programs, and guided teams of architects, engineers, and planners on complex regional initiatives.

As a member of the Downtown Development Review Board, Peter applies his expertise in architecture, urban design, historic facilities, and long‑range planning to support development that enhances Jacksonville’s urban core. His operational leadership, commitment to design excellence, and experience advancing community‑focused projects help ensure thoughtful, high‑quality growth that reflects the city’s goals for a thriving downtown.
