Micah Heavener

Managing Director, Goldman Sachs

Micah is a managing director at Goldman Sachs and is responsible for the operations of the Enterprise Partnerships business.  He has spent a career in financial services at both start-ups and large financial institutions.  He was a member of the executive leadership team at SoFi, during which time the company went public and earned a national banking charter. A Jacksonville native, Micah earned his bachelor’s degree from The Citadel and joined the Army after college. He served five years as an infantry officer, including a year in Afghanistan, where he was awarded the Bronze Star. He began his banking career at Citi, where he rose to the position of managing director and led the bank’s Jacksonville campus.

Micah has served on a number of boards and committees of organizations in Jacksonville, including the Chamber of Commerce Military Affairs Committee, the board of Baptist Medical Center South and the board of the Cummer Museum of Art and Gardens.
 
He is married to Tiffany Heavener, and they are proud parents of their son Dutch.  They live in San Marco, and you have a good chance seeing them out and about in the neighborhood.
