William began his career in banking with BBVA Compass, where he focused on lending, deposits, and fee-based income. Utilizing his Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses, he became a top licensed producer and manager. Following BBVA’s acquisition by PNC Bank, William received the company’s “I-Lead” Award, an employee-nominated recognition awarded to only nine individuals across the organization.
After seven years in banking, William transitioned into commercial real estate in 2023. During his first full year in the industry, he was named the national Rookie of the Year at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services. After nearly three years with Matthews, William joined a top-performing team at Cushman & Wakefield, where he now spearheads private-capital multifamily investment sales throughout North and Central Florida.
As a lifelong Jacksonville resident, William is deeply invested in the city’s continued growth, with a particular passion for Downtown. He views Downtown as Jacksonville’s “final frontier” and believes strongly in both the progress already underway and the significant opportunity that lies ahead.
