Jill Caffey
Vice President, Property & System Administration, Regency Centers
Jill Caffey is the Vice President of Property Systems and Administration at Regency Centers, a leading national owner, operator, and developer of shopping centers. Jill joined Regency in 2006 and has since held various positions of increasing responsibility and leadership in the company. She oversees Lease Administration, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and a team of Business Technologists.
Jill is a California native but has spent the last 25 years in Jacksonville. She earned her Master of Business Administration from Jacksonville University and her Bachelor's at the University of North Florida.
Jill is actively involved in the industry and community, having served on the ULI Urban Plan Committee, ULI Women's Leadership, VersaPay Advisory Committee, and as a Board Member of the OREUG (Oracle Real Estate User Group). She also volunteers for the United Way and Children's Christmas Party of Jacksonville.
