Patrick Krechowski’s legal career spans more than 25 years and includes experience in the fields of real estate, land use, environmental, governmental, administrative litigation, appeals and title insurance law. His practice focuses on all aspects of zoning and land use law, real estate due diligence, environmental permitting, environmental remediation, water use permitting and planning, and an array of other subject areas. Patrick is Board Certified by The Florida Bar in City, County & Local Government Law.
Patrick has represented several state agency boards and local governments, including serving as the City Attorney for Neptune Beach and Port Attorney for Ocean Highway & Port Authority in Nassau County. He also serves on the Urban Land Institute Advisory Board and the Board of Directors of both Visit Jacksonville and Smart North Florida. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and earned his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University.
Mr. Krechowski is currently serving as DIA Board Chair.
