Wade McArthur joined the DIA in March of 2025 as Property Disposition Manager, bringing over 15 years of experience in real estate and government. Before returning to employment with the City of Jacksonville, Wade spent two and a half years in the Ponte Vedra office of Concept Companies, a commercial real estate developer headquartered in Gainesville, Florida.
Previously, Wade worked for the City of Jacksonville in the Office of General Counsel for over seven years as a Senior Paralegal and spent two years working in the Real Estate Division of the City’s Department of Public Works as Real Estate and Leasing Manager. Before his tenure with the City, Wade was a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate and interned in the Office of U.S. Senator Mel Martinez, and the Office of Matt Shirk, Public Defender for the Fourth Judicial Circuit.
A third-generation Jacksonville native, Wade graduated from Episcopal High School before earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Auburn University. In his free time, Wade is incredibly blessed to share the adventure of raising three wild boys with his amazing wife and best friend, Scarlett.
