Leila Warner joined the DIA in October 2026 as the Data & Performance Coordinator. She tracks progress on development projects and collects data on Downtown’s growth. Previously working in community programming with the City of Jacksonville’s Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Department, she brings an understanding of how public spaces are utilized and what community members envision for the future of Downtown.
Leila holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Florida. A Jacksonville native, she attended LaVilla School of the Arts and Douglas Anderson School of the Arts, where she studied Creative Writing.
